Tonight we will have on the show Bill Coleman. Mr. Coleman is a Independent marketing consultant with Ambit Energy. I will interview and have him on the show to answer your questions on the deregulation issues going on, in the energy market. Be apart of the show and learn to to be a better consumer and save $$$$$
July 8, 2008: Jane Van Ryan talks with Becky Roberts, president of Chevron Pipeline, about the challenges of delivering natural gas to market and the industry’s commitment to transporting natural gas safely while protecting the environment.
Natural gas is primarily used in the U.S. for electricity generation and home heating. Now it’s seen as a promising transportation fuel because it’s cheaper, domestic and has lower emissions than gasoline and diesel. Yet few stations currently sell natural gas and few vehicles can run on it. Oilman T. Boone Pickens wants natural gas to replace one-third of our oil imports in ten years. How viable is his plan? Richard Kolodziej is president of NGVAmerica, a national organization looking to expand the market for vehicles powered by natural gas or hydrogen. Todd Mittleman is the environmental and alternative fuel public relations specialist for American Honda Motor Co., which produces the Civic GX natural gas car. Mark Riley is East Coast regional manager for Clean Energy, the largest provider of vehicular natural gas for fleets in North America. (Clean Energy was founded by Pickens.) Jennifer de Tapia is director of market services for Trillium USA, which has offered natural gas fueling services since 1994.

My guest today Damon Beharry and Peter LaChina will be here to speak on part 2 of how to save on your energy bills and how you can become apart of this next revolution
Brian Bilbray, U.S. Congressman Congressman Bilbray is a big supporter of Energy Independence for America and has co-sponsored the Natural Gas Act, also know as the House Bill, H.R. 1835...so, why hasn't he signed the Pickens Plan?
May 22, 2009: Jane Van Ryan speaks with Tim Sampson, manager for exploration and production at API, and Roland Goodman, manager of upstream standards at API, about how the oil and natural gas industry prepares for storms during hurricane season.
June 19, 2009: Jane Van Ryan discusses a conference call featuring Jack Gerard, Mark Ayers, Doug McCarron and Larry Nichols on the Oil and Natural Gas Industry Labor - Management Committee, an organization created to preserve and create jobs by promoting domestic oil and natural gas production.
Global markets "fell out of bed" Monday morning as sentiment suddenly shifted from "the recession is over" to "the recovery is over". Natural Gas price collapses after breaching a support level last week. Dennis Gartman's "glib" comments.
The Pickens Army is lead by General T. Boone Pickens... and, like all good leaders who are able to cast the vision, he steps back to allow his volunteer army to go forth and do the work that needs to be done. That's the case in Florida and California where I will be joined by two State Leaders of the Pickens Army. Jeff Green and John W. Nobles are working their respective states in getting in the trenches, contacting their Senators, State Representatives and City Officials to help pass legislation to bring America off of our dependency on foreign oil. It can be done and with the passing of H.R. 1835, The Natural Gas Act, we can be on our way to Energy Independence, NOW! We have the tools, we have the supply and we have the demand...SO WHAT'S KEEPING US FROM THIS? Join me, your Sustainability Host, as we uncover what America must do to create jobs, strengthen our national security and bolster our economy all in the name of Energy Independence!
Tell us what YOU think. Your Sustainability Host welcomes The Pickens Army, promoting the ONLY plan out there to rid America's reliance on Foreign Oil and Congress is up against some stiff lobbying from the coal mining states.
September, 22, 2009: Jane Van Ryan talks with Art Wiese, API’s policy analysis manager, about a recent PricewaterhouseCoopers study on the importance of the oil and natural gas industry to the U.S. economy.
American Resource Development for economic stability and provide for our energy needs. Learn about the American Conservation and Clean Energy Independence Act (H.R. 2227)
The Natural Gas Act will propel the U.S. toward Energy Independence, but how? A growing debate, around one of the world's largest deposits of natural gas, is whether it's good for America to continue burning fossil fuels. The Pickens Plan supports it's use and many claim it will help to rid our reliance on foreign oil. Others claim it is not the answer. Mr. Wayne believes both to be correct. Utah State Leader, Jim Breitinger, with the Pickens Army is leading the charge in his state and will be reporting on the use of NG and bicycles. WHAT? Should be a good show, especially if U.S. Senator Bennett joins the conversation!
America's Energy Independence is at stake and there is no time like the present to act. Maryland State Leader with the Pickens Army, Chandrashekar Tamirisa, talks about giving "green candy" to industry who is exploring clean energy and striving toward America's Energy Independence. Not higher taxes, not penalizing the tax payers, but REDUCING taxes. Now that's what we're talking about on The Green Revolution Show and the LEADERSHIP it's going to take to bring this country back to the people. Check out the podcast, while enjoying some candy on National Candy Day, on The Green Revolution Show!
Missouri State Leaders of the Pickens Plan will be sharing the challenges behind supporting Natural Gas development and increased use, which could drive up farming costs. It's well known that this natural resource is a big part of the goal to reduce our reliance on Foreign Oil and Missouri is primed to begin refocusing the talk back toward Wind Energy. Also, we will be speaking with two of Pennsylvania's Congressmen who support the NAT GAS Act, or H.R.1835, which will immediately help to bring Energy Independence to America! Congressman Jim Gerlach, 6th District, Pennsylvania Congressman Joe Sestak, 7th District, Pennsylvania Another huge supporter of the Pickens Plan and naturally, Energy Independence, is gubernatorial candidate for Georgia, John Oxendine who will be joining us to talk about how Georgia is a big player in the development of Natural Gas and ultimately leading the way to America's Energy Independence! Please join John Nobles, CA State Leader with the Pickens Plan and I, as we salute these great leaders and discuss the direction the U.S. is taking toward Energy Independence!
Natural Gas - it seems to be the primary focus among the supporters of the Pickens Plan, or is it? ...and why? T. Boone Pickens says it's the "bridge fuel" and the first step in bringing America toward Energy Independence, while others are saying it's "just another carbon fuel" and will endanger our future water supplies. The Natural Gas Act will most likely pass through the House this year, and many hope it will create jobs and improve our national security. Is this an important goal and worth the price of contaminating our water?... a resource that could one day be more valuable than oil! Is this really a concern? Don't we have the technology to drill for whatever we want without damaging the environment? What is Hydrofracking? We are asking these and many more questions, as well as welcoming the State Leaders of the Pickens Army, from Texas and looking for your calls and input on this important issue surrounding the future of America's Sustainability!
The Pickens Plan, created by oil man T. Boone Pickens with a plan to end our dependency on foreign oil, began 18 months ago when oil prices were climbing. The Pickens Plan is quite simple: Replace the petroleum we currently import, to a tune of $1Billion/day, with solar and wind. Just one year ago we were looking at oil approaching $150/barrel and all were screaming for alternative energy sources. Soon, the Pickens Plan gained popularity and the Pickens Army grew rapidly... we all started planning where our next windmills and solar panels would be installed! A vital link in bringing these relatively new technologies to economic sustainability was the infrastructure to bring this generated electricity to the public - but, this would take years and Billions of dollars! This realization and falling oil prices caused the renewable energy discussion to wane, but still, the Pickens Army continues working hard to promote Energy Independence, but have we lost momentum? ...Now, pushing Natural Gas, when we all wanted Solar and Wind, has discouraged some. So, now what? The NAT GAS Act needs to be passed through legislation, first... a bridge fuel that will buy time for the renewable energy infrastructure to develop. People like H. Dean Price and family run company, Red Birch out of Martinsville, VA, are not waiting for government and is what this LEADERSHIP segment is proud to welcome to the program.
Practicing lawyer Thomas Fox discusses FCPA compliance and its impact on the energy industry. He tells us what companies worldwide need to be aware of to fortify themselves from violation and what the penalties would be in such an instance. He also addresses the new UK Bribery Bill.

We had to cancel last week's show due to some technical difficulties so we will be doing the show on the same topic this week. The show is about a subject that everyone who has a well, or is hooked up to a private or municipal water system shoud be aware of. It involves the search for underground deposits of natural gas by gas companies using a method called Hydraulic Fracking or just Fracking. FRACKING is the process by which gas companies pump "SLURRY" into the earth to open up cracks in the underground rocks/shale that allows them to harvest the gas. The gas companies are using dangerous and toxic chemicals in the process, and are actually polluting the water supply making it undrinkable for millions of Americans. My guest this week is Mr. Pat Carullo, Co-Founder of the Damascus (PA) Citizens for Sustainability and he will be here to talk about his first hand experiences living with the results of FRACKING in his local area of pennsylvania, which is near the New York State border. As always, listeners are encouraged to call in.
April 26, 2011: Jane Van Ryan interviews Robert Shapiro of Sonecon, LLC, about a new study that examines the financial impact of investments in oil and natural gas companies on the performance of state pensions.
The SECs agreement involves allegations that Tenaris violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) by bribing Uzbekistan government officials during a bidding process to supply pipelines for transporting oil and natural gas. The SEC alleges that Tenaris made almost $5 million in profits when it was subsequently awarded several contracts by the Uzbekistan government. Under the terms of the DPA, Tenaris must pay $5.4 million in disgorgement and prejudgment interest.
